 I am Mr. Peter Smith Foreign Transfer Officer BARCLAYS BANK OF
LONDON. I have urgent and very confidential business proposal for
you. An abandoned sum of $35m (Thirty five million dollars) in an
account that belongs to one of our foreign customer has being
detected floating after the auditing of our annual account for last
year
 I therefore made further investigation and discovered that the said
fee is still floating in my Bank as no one will ever come forward to
claim it. It is base on this note that l liaised with the head of the
foreign payment department as to find an alternative / a foreign
partner that the fund will be transfer to his account immediate
through here our overseas branch.
 It is therefore upon this discovery that I now decided to make this
business proposal to you and release the money to you as the
beneficiary to this fund that will be transfer to your banking
account details for the safety and subsequent disbursement since
nobody is coming for it and we don't want this money to go into the
bank treasury as unclaimed bill. I am only contacting you as a
foreigner because it can be approved to a foreign account because the
money is in United States Dollars.
 The banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money
remained unclaimed after (10) Ten years, the money will be
transferred into the bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of
foreigner in this business is occasions by the fact that the customer
was a foreigner and nobody here cannot stand as next of kin to a
foreigner. But be sure that it is real and a genuine business. This
is why I am seeking for your assistance.
 I need your full co-operation to make this work fine because we are
ready to approve this payment to a foreigner who has correct
information of account, and capability to handle such amount in
strict confidence according to my instruction for our mutual benefit
because this opportunity may never come again in my life.
