The purpose of this is to compensate you for been scammed in the pass, the International monetary Fund (I.M.F) have agreed to compensate you with the sum of US$300,000.00. This includes every foreign contractors that may have not received their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or international businesses that failed due to Government problems etc.

We found your name in our list and that is why we are contacting you, this has been agreed upon and has been signed. Based on the final conclusion, your bank draft of US$300,000.00 has been deposited with the Eco Bank plc for a smooth wire transfer to be made to you, You are therefore advised to contact the Eco Bank plc paying center in the person of The manager and your also to send them $89.00 dollars which they demand to open account in your name with the bank before they can be able to make the total transfer of your $300,000.00 to you.

Mind you that based on our agreement with the bank the only fee you are to pay to the bank is just $89 dollars which they demand to open account in your name with the bank before they can be able to make the total transfer of your $300,000.00 to you. NB; your subject to the bank should be (I.M.F APPROVAL) for the grantee that you are been directed to the bank by us (I.M.F)
