For a while i have been on exile as there have been attempts on my life as a result of some documents and facts from investigations into Mr.Rafik Hariri’s murder. The perpetrator behind his death are not far fetched into the Hezbollah government as i have some documents that could expose them in a recently reopened investigation. As a result of this situation i have been in hiding. A very key member of the Hezbollah Shite group was recently sited in the capital of my hide out, this prompted me to move to the mountain area.

Before the death of Mr.Rafiki, we did a private transaction involving crude oil and the sum of 42.5million pounds was deposited in my name in a united kingdom bank, i needed to be out of Public Service before investing the money. At this time,i would need your help in retrieving the money as it is currently in a bank in England. I would issue you a power of Attorney to act on my behalf.

The project has some constraints to it, if you are willing to help reprocess the funds, we would offer you 10% of the sum which amounts to 4.25 million pounds as you do not need to do so much in getting this funds out.
