I am pleased to inform you that this morning, I have submitted the various documents for our funds claim, that covers the total value of $40,000,000 to an Assesoria in Madrid,(Financial Agency), in order for them to process and secure approval for the swift transfer of our total funds through the Finance Ministry/Central Bank of Spain respectively. In other words, they will help procure the necessary document pertaining to the release against the stop order and also regularize the funds in order to acquire legal documents that will back the existence and origin of the total funds.
Hence, it will interest you to know that the transaction will be in form of bank to bank transfer upon securing approval from the Ministry of Finance. And this is so, because individuals are not designated to process their transaction by themselves, which this transaction is not an exception. I have also clarified with then about the payment of the required levy of $200,000, and the reckoned that such fee has to be paid to the Revenue Department through them.
Hence, am forwarding you herewith, the contact details of the Assesoria, so that you can open communication with them, and during your correspondence with them, you should request for the transaction procedure so that you can plan your journey to come down to Spain for us to meet with them and oversee the transfer of the funds.
