I have just been sent a mail that I have won 950,000.00 GBP and that the draft will arrive in India on 16-05-11. Also there is a certificate about the win attached to the mail which looks like geniune. I am supposed to pay 18,000 t0 the tax authorities in India before the agent will bring the draft to me. I have also been asked to send photocopy of my passport and bank details. Is this scam?
