I want to use this opportunity to apologies for my late response so far. It was due
to the required documents and make the letter of administration available so this
matter can be discussed further and finalized. I have also submitted the documents
and the bank have referred me to the administrative department in other to finalize
this transaction at your presence. Your attention would be needed to sign all the
necessary documents with the admin department in the bank for release of the funds.

I have tried to sign this documents on your behalf  but the bank wouldn’t allow me,
as my signatories’ would not be permitted on all the columns. So you have come over
to sign your own column. And this will permit us to know our selves better and make
all the necessary arrangements on the disbursement of the fund.

I want you to go and prepare your traveling papers immediately you receive this
message, so your flight schedule can be arranged.
